When sending a contact form (a form below every article)
When you wish to send a contact form to us, we collect names and emails, however only an email is obligatory. The emails are stored in order to reply on these messages. All information is stored until a person requests for their deletion or are deleted on our initiative.

In “how to contact us” section
In this section, a person has an option of giving us a telephone number. The number is used in order to contact the person. The information is stored infinitely or until a person requests for their deletion or are deleted on our initiative.

When you subscribe to our newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree that we will regularly inform you about current news and offers. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us an email. We will store your data until you revoke your consent or we decide to delete them.

Registering on our events
When you register on one of our events, we will require you to fill in your name and your email address. Both of these information will be stored in order to acquire necessary information for the events. In addition, we will contact you and send you additional information via email. We will store your data until you revoke your consent.

Participating in our events
We will be taking pictures throughout the events and store them in our database. The pictures may be used commercially, or on our websites in order to improve our website and make it more user friendly. By attending our events, you give us your consent to the previous statement. You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us. The information is stored infinitely or until a person requests for their deletion or are deleted on our initiative.
